Shipping: we offer flat rate shipping through USPS. Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please make sure your address is up to date BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your package once it has shipped, please contact USPS customer service so they can assist you.

 

While we carry a large inventory of lampshades in our warehouse, many lampshades that show as "in stock" on the website are made to order. Please allow 10–21 days for production and delivery. If your order includes other items, lampshades will ship separately when ready. 

 

Local Pickup: you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your items are ready to be picked up.
